Qualifications :
•A Master degree or equivalent in Environment, Water, Wastewater Engineering or related fields.
•Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in managing complex and diverse projects in the fields of water, wastewater and solid waste management, including supervising project staff.
•Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and managing projects, including experience in project design, supervision, monitoring and evaluation techniques.
•Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and managing projects, including experience in project design, review of projects proposals, supervision, monitoring and evaluation techniques.
•Knowledge of UNDP rules, procedures and regulations will be a plus.
•Strong organizational and communications skills, including fluency in oral and written English and Arabic.
•Knowledge of the West Bank’s regulatory and administrative environment and personnel working in the relevant sectors will be a plus.
•Proficiency in utilization of Microsoft Office Software, including Microsoft Project. Experience in utilizing Management Information Systems (MIS), including ATLAS is an asset.
