Responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all Food and Beverage operations in the hotel including
restaurants, bars, steward operations, catering and banquet operations. Ensure the highest standard of Customer care and
Service at all time.

Qualifications:
University Degree In Hotel Management
Excellent level of written and spoken English and Arabic
Excellent Computer skills required: Ms Office, Microsoft , Excel, Microsoft Word
Ability To Work Under Pressure And For Long Hours
Strong Personality To Lead a Team
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In related topic, with professional experience
